Maintenance Service

Whatever your special requirements are, you can be assured that Homkipa will make sure you get the cleanest of cleans and ensure your home is kept spic and span. This service includes the standard "regular" cleans as well as the special "exceptional" ones.

Gardening Service

The growing season in Majorca lasts all year. So, if your property has its own garden, weekly visits by a professional gardener are essential, even with an effective watering system in place. We also provide landscaping services.

Pool Maintenance

HomKipa have a number of approved constructors who, under our watchful eye, can undertake high quality internal and external renovation and redecoration works to your own specifications.

Architecture & Interior Design

HomKipa collaborates with architects and interior designers who will advise you on the architectural style and the interior/exterior design of your home. We will gladly take care of their recruitment, coordination and the supervision of their duties.

Rental Service

We cover all your rental needs and manage all the related tasks, from operational to administrative, including the necessary check-in and check-out tasks. We can also take care of all the specific demands of your hosts. This service includes the removal of private objects, receiving guests, supervising the rental and making sure that when you return to it, your home is exactly as you want it to be.

Events Service

Weddings, baptisms, communions, receptions, birthday parties, opening parties... We can set up any event that you propose or may need. This might include the need for catering services, private chefs, musicians, DJs, entertainers, etc. Tell us what you need and we will find the best professionals and/or the best location.

"Concierge" Service

We will answer to any type of need you may have regarding your property or setting up an event. If a service is not yet available to meet your specific needs, please let us know and we will be happy to create one to suit your needs.
